She wouldn’t show them certain in-town communities because she told my friends that those people already have friends. So she insisted that they needed to look at homes in the country club communities. To be a member, you may have to be on a long wait list. The reason why many people are attracted to these country club communities is because of the rich amenities being offered. Whether you’re a golfer, you want your kids to be in a swim team, you want them to be a tennis pro, or you just want to participate in wine tasting, culinary events, or just take advantage of some of the social environment. They also have a craft event, Halloween, Easter, all the holidays. You could just be so socially busy in one of these communities.
