Mountain Brook is located five miles south of Uptown Charlotte. It is bordered by Sharonview Road to the north and Carmel Road to the east. Its two main entrances are located off of Sharonview.

They also offer a variety of programs including recreational swimming, a swim team, swimming lessons, summer camps, recreational and league tennis, and tennis lessons.
