Communities in the 1st Ward:
Nancy and her team were fabulous. This was my first time buying a home, and while at first it seemed overwhelming and stressful, Nancy was there every step of the way coaching us through the process. I felt like she listened to what we wanted and put us in the houses that matched that description and let us make the decisions on the house rather than trying to sell the houses to us. I very much appreciated how in the highly competitive and fast paced market of Charlotte Nancy was willing to work around the clock to make sure we found a house we love. When the time comes for us to look for a different home, I have no doubt about who we will be choosing to represent us as sellers.
