I had five offers three days after the house went on the market and a firm contract in less than a week! The sale closed successfully three weeks later.

When buying this house, Nancy went above and beyond in finding a contractor to renovate the house and then staying on the contractor to ensure that every detail was taken care of. I was more than pleased with how it turned out and especially how well this house is doing. It was a great recommendation to buy it and great follow up all the way through completion of the renovation.
