Writer, actor and producer Bob Odenkirk has recently listed his mid-century modern house, 2,203 square feet big, located at Hollywood Hills for $2,499,000.
Records of the property show that the Breaking Bad actor and his wide, Naomi Odenkirk purchased the property in May 1998 for $675,455 and had it renovated by renowned architect Linda Brettler. Originally built in 1950, the single-story residence currently offers three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The property boasts of its floor-to-ceiling doors and windows in the dining area and kitchen, a spacious concrete terrace, a galley style kitchen, a low-profile fireplace, two guest/family bedrooms, and an expressive master suite.
Aside from this property, the Odenkirk couple also bought, out of foreclosure, a 20th-century Craftsman-style fixer upper near the mouth of Bronson Canyon in 2010 for $675,000. Although the property has been renovated, it seems unlikely that this will be the family’s next home.
