Renowned fashion designer Donna Karan has recently placed her 7-acre property in Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands for sale with a $39 million asking price.
The 7-acre property includes a beach-side swimming pool, a screened-in dining pavilion capable of accommodating 20 or more individuals, with a pavilion comprising of 3,850-square-feet Afro-balinese inspired villas, four bedrooms and bathrooms and a private swimming pool. It also comes with a separate kitchen, a two-story yoga pavilion along the beach line and a 1,564-square-feet staff living quarters.
The entire property is fully furnished with some items collected by Donna Karan during her travels around the globe.
The part of the property that the designer wants to keep comprises of the main house, a spa house along with two swimming pools.
Managed by a five-start resort, Parrot Cay is a private island with high-profile property owners like Bruce Willis, Christie Brinkley, and Keith Richards.
