Veteran American singer, songwriter, and guitarist Sheryl Crow has finally sold her 11 acre property at the base of the Hollywood Hills for $11.085 million, which is about $5 million less than the original asking price of $15.95 million.
The Spanish Colonial gated compound comes with three homes comprising the 10,000 square feet property. The main house, built in 1924, has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, library, wine cellar, music room, an eat-in kitchen, along with a double-height entry.
The two other houses are connected to the main house through a suspension bridge over the driveway. One house, with an early 20th-century Craftsman-style, is composed of four bedrooms, three bathrooms while the other house is inspired by late 19th-century cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire property comes with a campsite, a children’s playground, a teepee, a few palapas together with a infinity swimming pool.
Other properties owned by the nine-time Grammy winner includes a beachfront home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, a 15.84-acre vacant lot at the Cumberland River, a 49-acre house and lot in Nashville.
