You simply cannot substitute a real person who knows each and every variable to be accurate. A Realtor will not only run a Qualified Market Analysis or often referred to as a CMA on your home, but they will also go through previous sales and look at everything in the area to compare value. Having your Realtor personally see the home and all of the upgrades always help to add value.
