Here’s Why These Communities Are Hot Right Now

If you have kids, here are some communities that are really hot right now. More families are looking to buy their next home in country club communities than in the past. Our country club communities here in the Carolinas often have an activities director, so there’s tons of activities for families to participate in, including Easter egg hunts, Halloween spook nights, events for the kids while the parents can go out, and the children can be in swim teams, tennis pro, use the exercise facilities, after-school care, and many of Country Club communities even have their own safety patrols. Including my community in Ballantyne, we hire policemen off duty to manage the safety in the neighborhood. So, I can go walking with my dog late at night and feel pretty good.
