So obviously you serve traditional owner occupants, people looking to sell the buy their own
homes. And it sounds like you also serve the investor community too. I also have wide experience in
the REO world, as well as currently representing quite a few hedge funds. And that also feeds into
my general brokerage. Right now, I’m kind of fortunate. I have a lot of listings. When I know agents
are starving for listings, I’ve got quite a bit. And that generates my phone ringing and a lot of buyer
leads.
