Why most agents actually quit within the first couple of years when they start is because they don’t have the support, the leads, the business. Here at Showcase Realty, my agents are very busy. They get listing appointments and buyer appointments. They are as busy as they want to be, and they are successful. We give our agents anywhere from 5 to 10 appointments and that’s every week. How much money could you make if you were meeting with that many buyers and sellers every week?
