Here are three things that are costing home sellers thousands of dollars. First is not getting a pre-inspection before you list the home. You can get things repaired for a fraction of what it’ll cost
versus what the home buyer’s gonna think it’s gonna cost after they get the home inspection. Two,
hiring a contractor to get work done before you list it, but it’s cheap contractor and it’s chosen as
workmanship and it’s shoddy work. Those buyers will pick those out. Three is using a real estate
agent that walks around the house and uses their cell phone for the photography. That’s a big nono. You need great, great professional photos and video and a professional floor plan to properly
market your property.
