You can get things repaired for a fraction of what it’ll cost versus what the home buyer is going to think it’s going to cost after they get the home inspection. Number two, hiring a contractor to get work done before you list it, but it’s a cheap contractor and it shows in his workmanship. Those buyers will pick those out. Number three is using a real estate agent that walks around the house and uses their cell phone for photography. That’s a big no-no. You need great professional photos, video, and a professional floor plan to properly market your property.
