A passionate mother, wife, and driven entrepreneur, Silvia Ramirez brings a deeply personal connection to the home buying and selling experience. Her motivation is rooted in family and a commitment to inspiring others to pursue their dreams—no matter the challenges.
“I’ve always wanted to own my own business while helping others accomplish one of the biggest milestones in life—purchasing or selling their home,” Silvia shares. “My biggest fans are my teenage kids, and I want them to see that no matter what life throws your way, with dedication and belief in yourself, anything is possible.”
Silvia’s journey into real estate is fueled by firsthand experience navigating today’s housing market. Her personal challenges have shaped a strong understanding of what buyers and sellers face in a competitive market like Charlotte, NC—making her a compassionate, knowledgeable advocate for her clients.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Silvia is deeply committed to giving back to her community. “One of my biggest goals is to be more involved in supporting local efforts,” she says. “Long-term, I hope to become an investor and build a stable future to pass down to my children.”
Alex Melts, originally from Moldova and a proud Charlotte resident since 2016, brings a wealth of diverse experiences to his real estate career. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, Alex pursued a successful career in kickboxing, achieving championship titles worldwide.
The discipline and resilience he developed through these experiences now fuel his approach to real estate. Known for his expert negotiation skills, Alex specializes in helping individuals and families buy, sell, and invest in properties. He is also well-versed in offering clients exclusive access to off-market properties, providing them with unique opportunities before they hit the open market.
Before joining Showcase Realty, Alex honed his leadership skills as Broker-in-Charge at MM Homes Realty LLC and previously worked with Allen Tate Real Estate. Fluent in both Russian and English, he serves a diverse clientele, ensuring personalized and seamless transactions. Alex's goals include closing multiple transactions this year and growing his social media presence to reach a broader audience. He measures success through client reviews and the value he is able to bring to each transaction.
