Chris Daughtry’s North Carolina Estate Sold at $2.3 Million

Chris Daughtry’s North Carolina estate was recently sold for $2.3 million.

The new owners of the 44-acre estate, located in North Carolina’s Piedmont region, are Patrick Schmidt, CEO of FFF Enterprises and his wife Greta.

The estate comprises of separate properties: the main house, 4,851 square bart big, has four bedrooms, a garage, a gym, a guest house, and a pool house with apartment. Since it was previously owned by a musician, the property features an insulated recording studio. Furthermore, it has a 1-acre pond, a saltwater pool and a custom wood playground.

The deal between Daughtry and the Schmidts was finally closed last October 13.

FFF Enterprises, a California-based supplier of critical-case biopharmaceuticals, plasma care products and vaccines.

Meanwhile, Chris Daughtry bought a 3,463 square bart condominum worth $1.9 million at The Trust located in uptown Charlotte.

Another property of the singer at Oak Ridge was sold last year for $585,000.
