Here at Showcase Realty, our work culture entails many great attributes and values, one value that holds true to our team is growth. This past week one of our Brokers, Jessica Sinski, experienced what it means to grow within the work place. Jessica performed her first open house at the sought after Ballantyne area that resulted in great success.

Jessica stated, “being a new agent in the field always comes with a lot of emotions, such as anxiousness. However, being on the team with Showcase Realty simmers those emotions out. New or experienced, Showcase will prepare you to be the best agent you can be with exiting new tips, a great deal of information to absorb, and the right guidance you need! The Showcase team will support you and help you get to where you need to go. Your leads are screened, your open houses are marketed, plus many more incentives for being an agent with this firm. Holding my first open house as a newly licensed agent, made my career a starting success. Many of us know potential buyers in the industry, but who better to connect with then those already searching for that perfect house looking to work with a great agent? The day of my first open house, I met with many interested investors and home buyers, who I now look forward to helping them find what they are looking for. I even got to meet with one investor who has $5 million just waiting to be spent and has had unsuccessful attempts at finding a good agent prior to meeting with me. I look forward to hosting many more open houses in my career and connecting with/helping buyers find all the aspects they need to have their goals met!”.

Undergoing with much emotion, she had to post all of her excitement on Facebook and many of her friends gave her nothing but positive feedback.

Jessica is currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Psychology. She is a part time broker licensed in North Carolina and plans on pursuing her career with Showcase Realty after graduation this December. Everyone is so proud of all Jessica’s accomplishments and will continue to watch her grow professionally within the work place!
