Your Brokerage Sold Here’s Why It Matters

If you’re a real estate agent and your brokerage just got 1.6 billion, this is probably the time to look for a new office. First, custom support that you’re so used to getting from your company is going to disappear. Individual coaching and training that you have built your business on is going to disappear. And your office’s individual culture is definitely gone. So if you want to continue to be with a firm that is providing you with a broker owner that you have access to, that coaches you, cares about you, and the culture is still there and great, then you might want to consider reevaluating what company you’re with.
