Sealed Air Gets Short-Term Lease at Forest Park VI Building

Sealed Air Corp, a packaging company, has announced that they are planning to relocate their headquarters in Charlotte.

They have signed for a short-term lease for 70,000 square feet at Forest Park VI building located at West Arrowood Road, southwest Charlotte. The said property was vacated recently by Accenture Credit Services.

Once the relocation of the headquarters from Elmwood Park, New Jersey to Charlotte has been finalized, Sealed Air Corp. will be moving 1,262 job opportunities. The initial company building is said to be about 300,000 square feet big and will house the office, research and development center.

Other sources claim that the company is also thinking about choosing Lake Pointe Corporate Center.
