This book is the best book I have read about buying and selling real estate in Charlotte NC. You really went over and above in adding value to the real estate buyer and seller with this insightful writing. I hope all the buyers and sellers in the market choose to read this book before they make a selling or buying decision! 

I’ve been debating whether to buy a home or not for many years because I lacked the assurance that it was the right decision, so I just kept renting. This book was extremely helpful to me because it showed me the value of home ownership. Nancy Braun offers a lot of guidance to a first time homebuyer like myself. I have read a lot of stuff on websites, but have not came across anything so thorough. Nancy helped me realize that paying rent every month could just as well be my mortgage payment — only as a homeowner, I build equity. Given that this is one of the most important investments that I will make, I’m glad to have this really great guide on hand as I prepare to buy my first home.
