Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends Ranks Charlotte Realtor 11th in US

Nancy Braun, owner and broker-in-charge of Charlotte based Showcase Realty, is ranked 11th in United States for “Best Real Estate Agent by Transaction Sides” by REAL Trends newest ranking, America’s Best Real Estate Agents.

Designees are recognized as the top one half of one percent of more than 963,000 licensed REALTORS® nationwide.

This report ranks real estate agents in four categories for their 2013 calendar year: individual agents by closed transaction sides and closed volume, as well as teams of agents respectively. Braun rose in national ranking from 12th in the nation in 2013.

This new report is an outgrowth of the REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal report called The Thousand, for which Braun ranked 11th in the nation by transactions. The Thousand ranks the most productive 1,000 real estate agents in America. REAL Trends extended this report to include all sales agents who exceeded minimum levels of closed transaction sides or closed sales volume during calendar year 2013.Home For Sale Real Estate Sign in Front of Beautiful New House.

With over $43 Million in volume and 430 homes sold last year, Braun ranked 2nd in N.C. for the number of closed sales by an individual in 2013. Over 6,500 real estate agents are featured, representing every state in the U.S.

“Given that the national averages are less than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume per agent or team, these results speak to the extraordinary success of The Thousand,” said Steve Murray, publisher of REAL Trends The Thousand. “Being ranked in the REAL Trends The Thousand, in short, is an incredible accomplishment.”
