The house was a HUD house which often times is difficult on the agents end but this didn't stop Tripp. Luckily he has experience in these deals and got right on the abundant paperwork all though they excepted another offer at first they came back to mine as a backup and because of Tripps detail in work he was able to accept immediately which in result got me my first house. I can attest to Tripps hard work and the care he puts into his clients. I worked long hours at the time and Tripp always worked with me. There were many times when i had to come to my place of work just to get a signature. To this day i still consider Tripp a friend as he is always there with any questions i have regarding real estate. i would recommend Tripp to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Charlotte. Third Ward, known as the west quadrant, is nestled between Tryon Street, I-77, and West Trade Street. It is the most diverse of the city's four original quadrants.
